A place with history
Wexels Plass is named after the priest and hymn writer Wilhelm Andreas Wexels. The original intersection was named in 1934, and the residential quarter completed in 2011 carries on the tradition.

Architecture and design
HK Arkitekter won a limited architecture competition with their proposal — a perimeter block with a diagonal apartment wing into a shared courtyard. Six blocks of 6–8 floors with private balconies and shared roof terraces.
