Condominium associations
Wexels Plass consists of six blocks organized in a shared condominium (fellessameie) with several sub-condominiums and one housing cooperative. Among the entities are:
- Wexels Plass ABC Sameie, Wexels Plass D Sameie and Wexels Plass E Sameie — condominiums managed by OBOS Eiendomsforvaltning
- Wexels Plass F Borettslag — housing cooperative founded 2008
- Bygget 72 Sameie — separate condominium for the high-rise at Herslebs gate 19
- Wexels Plass Garasjesameie — separate condominium for the underground parking facility
Residents use Vibbo — a digital platform from OBOS — for communication with the board, news, notices, events, and practical information. Vibbo is available as both a web portal and mobile app (iOS/Android).

Underground parking with EV charging stations. Garage spaces are organized in a separate condominium and can be freely traded.
Grocery store
Supermarket on the ground floor — convenient for daily shopping right outside your door.
Shared courtyard
Car-free green space with seating and landscaping — the natural meeting place for residents.
Roof terraces
Most blocks have shared roof terraces with panoramic views over Oslo. Perfect for barbecues, sunbathing, and social gatherings in the summer.

Other practical matters
- Waste disposal — Bins for sorted waste are located in the courtyard. Source separation for food waste, plastics, paper, glass/metal, and residual waste
- Key fobs — The building uses an electronic access system. New key fobs can be ordered via the board (kontakt@bygget1972.no for residents of Herslebs gate 19)
- Mailboxes — Mailboxes should have uniform name labels. Name changes are handled through the board
- Bike parking — Bike racks are available in the garage. A dedicated bike storage room is also available
- Storage rooms — Each apartment has an associated storage room in the basement or garage
- Internet/TV — Several providers available, including Get/Telia and Altibox. Check with your provider for availability
- Common costs — Includes management, maintenance, waste disposal, and common areas. Varies by apartment type and condominium unit
- Pets — Pets are allowed in accordance with the condominium’s house rules
- Renovations — Subject to board approval. Quiet hours between 23:00–07:00
- Guest parking — Limited spaces available, contact the board
- Fire safety — See fire safety instructions in the stairwell. Emergency exits are signposted
