Tøyen
Wexels Plass is located in Tøyen, in the Gamle Oslo borough. Tøyen is one of Oslo’s most densely populated districts and known for its diversity — people from all over the world live side by side here. The area has undergone significant improvement in recent years through the Tøyenløftet investment program and the Tøyenkampanjen community initiative.
